All items ship FOB Liberty’s warehouse, California, Minnesota, or Pennsylvania, as determined by Liberty’s management or authorization agent. All hazardous shipments are subject to an additional UPS handling charge. All products are shipped via UPS or Federal Express unless otherwise indicated.
